Abstract

In recent years, the quality of teaching at London Metropolitan University (LMU) has been highly ranked. In 2024, LMU placed 11th in the country for 'Student Satisfaction'. This achievement reflects the dedication of our excellent staff across all departments.

To maintain this high standard of teaching quality, project lead Shaun Yates and a working group of teaching staff have developed the Teaching Peer-Review Process (TPRP). Additional feedback on the project was provided by Digby Warren, Kevin Brazant, and Owen Beacock, with oversight from Joanna Cooke and Kelly Cooper.

The mission of the TPRP is to encourage teaching staff to engage in reflective practice.
