Abstract / Description
This article gives consideration to an important research project from the Human Rights and Social Justice Research Institute at London Metropolitan University, which evaluated the ECtHR's application of a 'pilot judgment' procedure that highlights wide-scale, systemic human rights violations and calls on states to take adequate measures to solve such problems.
