Abstract
This is not an expeditionary effort stretching out to obtain new data and to expand the frontiers of knowledge, therewith. If anything, it is explanatory and confirmatory. By epxloring for and collating known data, this work seeks to confirm what I already know; many of you also knew, but we are not being frank enough to admit it. Far from being developed or developing, Nigeria is underdeveloped, as compared to the developed world. In this respect, Nigeria is really underdeveloped. Under present circumstances, I doubt it will ever develop.
