Abstract / Description
Funding has been a major problem towards effective library services in Nigerian polytechnics. Difference intervention programmes from international organisations and national agencies have made very little impact. To reposition the libraries, this paper suggests the shifting of emphasis from acquisition of hard copies of documents to access through connection of the polytechnic information network (PINET).
